Whenever I get hired to be the food stylist for a cookbook I get excited. The cookbook I am shooting this week (stay tuned for updates of its release) is full of exciting recipes from all over the world. I love experiencing new spices and flavours….so delicious. Today’s spice was Berbere, an Ethiopian spice blend that is fragrant and unique. Can’t wait to use it at home!
Lucky for me I am shooting with one of my favorite photographers in Toronto, Ryan Szulc. His work is awesome and our styles mesh perfectly. Throw in the amazing Madeleine Johari, prop stylist extraordinaire, and you have food art! Can’t wait to see the finished product but sadly this book won’t be available for another year….I assure you it will be worth the wait 🙂
